Jiuting Polymers is based in Dalian and coordinates China-origin polyethylene sourcing and export for international buyers. Our normal origin port is Dalian Port. We support HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE inquiries after the exact producer, grade, application, quantity and required documents have been confirmed.
We are a supply and export coordination company, not a single resin factory. The producer, complete grade, available quantity, packing and shipping plan are checked for each transaction.
Why Dalian Port?
Dalian is a major northern China port and provides practical access to domestic polymer supply channels in northeast and other parts of China. The final routing depends on the confirmed supplier location, cargo readiness, carrier service, destination port and commercial term. We do not promise a sailing schedule before the booking is confirmed.

FOB, CFR and CIF Requests
FOB Dalian
Under an FOB inquiry, the buyer should provide the nominated carrier or forwarding arrangement, destination information and required shipping instructions. Jiuting Polymers coordinates the confirmed cargo and export documents up to the agreed FOB point.
CFR Destination Port
For CFR, please provide the exact destination port and any known carrier, transit-time or routing restrictions. Freight is checked at quotation time because ocean rates and schedules can change.
CIF Destination Port
For CIF, the destination port and required insurance terms must be clear. The quotation should specify the agreed insurance basis and any customer-specific document requirements.

- Actual shipment or batch COA when available
- Producer TDS for the exact grade
- Current MSDS or SDS when available
- Certificate of origin or other destination documents when agreed
Document availability varies by producer and grade. A sample document must not be represented as the actual shipment document. Requirements should be discussed before order confirmation, not after the container is loaded.

Loading and Container Planning
PE resin is commonly shipped as bagged cargo in a 20-foot full container. The final net and gross loading quantity must be calculated from the actual bag dimensions, material, pallet or non-pallet plan, carrier weight limits, road restrictions, port rules and destination requirements. Jiuting Polymers does not publish one fixed tonnage as a guarantee for every shipment.
