PE Resin Sourcing Based on the Buyer’s Actual Requirement
Jiuting Polymers is a China-based polymer supply and export coordination company located in Dalian. We help international buyers source HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE from China by starting with the customer’s current material, application and technical specification. We are not a single resin factory and we do not claim exclusive distribution for every material.
Our role is to connect verified purchasing requirements with relevant China-origin supply options, coordinate documentation and quotation, and arrange export logistics when the material and commercial conditions are confirmed.
PE Materials and Applications We Review
- HDPE for blow molding, pipe, film and selected molding applications
- LDPE for film, shrink film, coating and lamination applications
- LLDPE for blown film, stretch film, liners and flexible packaging
- Application-specific PE requirements supported by a current grade, TDS or buyer specification
Availability changes by producer, grade and market conditions. A material is not presented as available until the exact producer, complete grade, quantity and documentation have been checked.
What Information Should a Buyer Send?
The fastest starting point is the current producer and complete grade or the current TDS. If that document is not available, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Polymer type and finished-product application
- Current producer and complete grade
- MFI or MFR with test temperature and load
- Density and important mechanical or processing requirements
- Required additives, color and compliance
- Monthly or annual quantity
- Destination port and preferred FOB, CFR or CIF term
How Our Sourcing Process Works
1. Requirement Review
We first determine whether the request is complete enough for a useful comparison. For technical applications, the finished product, processing method and customer qualification rules are often as important as MFI and density.
2. Producer and Grade Screening
We check relevant China-origin sources against the required polymer family, application and technical limits. We do not change the requested producer or grade silently, and we do not construct an “equivalent” claim without supporting information.
3. Document Coordination
For a selected and confirmed material, we coordinate TDS, sample COA and MSDS when available. A TDS must correspond to the exact producer and complete grade. A sample COA is only a reference; the shipment must use the actual batch COA when available.
4. Commercial Quotation
After the specification, quantity, packing, destination and trade term are clear, we prepare a sourcing quotation. Price, availability, producer, grade and loading quantity are confirmed for that inquiry and are not treated as permanent website promises.
5. Buyer Evaluation
The buyer reviews the documents and, where required, conducts a sample, production trial or formal supplier-approval process. Final suitability remains subject to customer testing and end-use requirements.
6. Export Coordination
Standard packing is 25 kg bags or agreed packing. Container shipments are normally coordinated in 20-foot full containers from Dalian Port. Trade terms can include FOB, CFR or CIF depending on the confirmed transaction.
Why Buyers Use a Supply Coordination Company
A buyer may need more than one producer option, help comparing documents, a China-based communication point and coordinated export logistics. Because Jiuting Polymers is not limited to one factory, we can review multiple relevant domestic channels. This does not mean every grade is available or approved; each request is checked independently.
What We Do Not Promise
- We do not present ourselves as the manufacturer.
- We do not advertise unverified stock or a permanent fixed price.
- We do not claim direct substitution based only on MFI and density.
- We do not issue a TDS, COA or MSDS under the wrong producer or grade.
- We do not guarantee customer or project approval before testing.
